Projection Mapping
Projection Mapping is also known as video mapping and spatial augmented reality. This simple process uses projectors to redirect light turning common objects or surfaces into interactive 2D or 3D displays. Projection mapping is becoming more widely used and affordable. It can be used in a variety of different ways from general sessions and meetings, to the trade show floor and even outside of the venue. It can turn almost any surface into a dynamic video display.
Projection mapping allows you to transform stage sets, walls, whole rooms or even entire buildings into fluid environments of colorful movement and graphics. This cutting edge technology amazes attendees, making your company’s event or exhibit a memorable experience for all. We recently did a general session in Las Vegas. Projection mapping technology allowed us to create a different stage look for each individual speaker. There were no heavy props to move after each speaker, simply buttons to push for instant, impactful changes. Projection mapping can also be added to any trade show display to update your brand and draw in a crowd.
