The National Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (NBAA2014) will be held October 21-23, 2014 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida. This event is the premier opportunity for aircraft purchase decision makers, entrepreneurs and other business leaders to meet and conduct business while discussing current trends involving the use of aircraft for business purposes. It is the seventh largest trade show in the United States, according to TSNN, featuring more than 1,000 exhibitors. About NBAA2014

The mission of the NBAA is to foster an environment that allows business aviation to thrive in the United States and around the world. Their annual trade show is the largest civil aviation show in the world. It’s the place to be for everyone who’s anyone in business aviation. There will be two activation sites for this show, one at the OCCC and a static display at the Orlando Executive Airport. Organizers expect more than 25,000 attendees. About the OCCC

The Orange County Convention Center is surrounded by Orlando’s premier tourism and business district. The convention center handles almost all of the exhibitor services such as electricity, aerial rigging and lighting, water, natural gas, propane, compressed air, and cable TV services. Additional logistical information for the OCCC:

  • Parking at the OCCC costs $15 to $25 depending on the size and type of your vehicle.
  • The building has 24/7 security.
  • There is a Fed-Ex center on site to handle all your shipping and printing needs.
  • All food for exhibits must come from the onsite caterer Centerplate.
  • Florida is a non-union state, which gives exhibitors more control over the process of installing and dismantling their booth.
