- Director of Customer Service - we are actively looking for the perfect candiate to take the lead of our customer service team and take ownership of the customer experience. Primary function is to build and nurture the team to develop long-lasting relationships with clients, improve project efficiences and build a strong cross-deparmental collaboration.

These projects include but are not limited to: trade shows, events, conferences and other customer related events that the company (both from a corporate and business unit perspective) participates in each year.

Thsi role is responsible for the accuracy and excellence of all shipping related functions. Tasks include negotiated rates with freight companies, arranging freight & small packages, loading & unload trucks, making local deliveries, as well as preparing BOLs, packing lists, and other shipping documentation.
