2010 Trade Show Strategy Review

It’s that time of year again when gyms are flooded with new members, smokers are throwing their cigarettes in the trash, and many are resolving to lead better lives. At this time, though, do you ever make resolutions for your company? This is the best time to look back at 2010 and review your successes and challenges and use those to create your goals for the upcoming year.

What was your return on investment (trade show ROI)?

How successful were the shows (lead generation, sales, brand awareness)?

Did you have enough or too much space, or was it just right?

Did you attend any shows that you feel you should have exhibited in?

Is your exhibit current with your branding?

Did you add anything new that was especially helpful, or are there components you want to add next year (lighting, interactive trade show technology, hospitality)?
