Apple Rock was tasked with designing and building a large, high-end display to showcase Sennebogen’s brand and machinery products while keeping it customer-centric and engaging to entice potential clients.

Sennebogen is one of the leading global manufacturers of machines in material handling and crane technology.

The Challenge

Create customer engagement on multiple levels, including soft seating conversation areas; one on one educational counter with I-pads and hospitality; a private meeting room and two, larger than life centerpieces of construction equipment. It needed to have all of those features yet feel high end, soft and very approachable, while telling the Sennebogen story and culture. It also had to be designed to be reconfigurable to 60 x 60 and 40 x 40.

The Solution

Apple Rock worked with Sennebogen’s director of marketing to bring his vision of a customer-centric experience with bold branding into the space; a space that would showcase the machinery, the durability and sustainability of the equipment and focus on the expert service teams.

The Results

Sennebogen has utilized this display at multiple shows and increased the length of customer engagement time with sales staff, using the multiple meeting areas.
