Apple Rock was selected to design, build, and install multiple turnkey “Fixture Packages” in Verizon Premium Retailer locations throughout the United States. This 200+ store retail branded environment project started in the Fall of 2014 with another 100 branded spaces planned for 2017.

A Wireless was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina, and incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. A Wireless is an exclusive National Authorized Retailer for Verizon Wireless. A Wireless is a privately-held company headquartered in Greenville, North Carolina. The Challenge

Branded Space Challenges for Multiple Locations

With an ever-expanding network of over 1000 retail locations, A Wireless needed to establish a new relationship with a Verizon-approved fixture and environment builder that could efficiently and effectively refresh and expand the look of multiple retail locations across the country. There were many different store layouts and design requirements. Innovation, quality fabrication, durable fixtures, consistent aesthetics and fast, expert installs were required. In the end, the client wanted a superior, encompassing vendor experience with responsive customer service, a clear communication structure and turnkey solutions for any retail situation.

The Solution

Apple Rock immediately established a partnership-style relationship with the Verizon Retailers, creating a one-touch contact structure that made managing the “Retail Fixture Packages” for numerous locations painless and streamlined. The dedicated Apple Rock Project Manager oversees each individual store project, letting A Wireless focus on the core aspects of their business. This positive relationship allows for true collaboration and trust, creating turnkey solutions that can be adapted to any floorplan or location.

Because Apple Rock is a Retail Fixture Manufacturer, consistent branding and store fixture appearance is maintained across all stores, whether the branded space is a new store or is an existing store being refreshed with the new look. Shipping, transportation and install complications and costs are greatly reduced as the expert Apple Rock efficiency systems are established.

A Wireless and other Verizon Retailers continue to grow and expand and succeed, with each new store receiving the full Apple Rock Fixture Package treatment.
