If you are like most people, you are exhibiting for two, three, or more days in a row. Day after day, you can feel stagnant (even if your booth looks great!). If you want to stand out & grab attendees’ attention – every day, not just the first day – consider a few options to freshen your look.
- Interchangeable graphics. In most exhibits, graphics can easily be changed from show to show…so why not from day to day? After a quick swap in the morning, you will notice people walking toward your booth & wondering what’s different from the day before.
- Exhibitor Attire. Instead of wearing the same pants and shirt every day, mix it up each day with the color and/or style of the attire. There are all sorts of branded attire – from button downs to polo shirts, neck ties to scarves, and everything in between!
- Audio Visual. This has got to be one of the easiest to update! Heck, we have clients who take photos, quotes, and experiences from the first day of the tradeshow and include them in their multimedia the second day. Playing one video on Tuesday? Swap it out for a whole different presentation on Wednesday. People will feel inclined to walk in and see what’s new and different.
- Lighting. Colored LEDs can give us the ultimate flexibility – with a green-wash over the booth on one day to a gradual shift from red to blue and back to red the next. This gives your exhibit a whole new look and feel easily – with just a quick switch adjusting the colors and movement. Easy and effective!
Creating an eye-catching and interesting exhibit for days on end can be easily done, giving everyone who walks by a reason to stop in and say “hello.”
