“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” – Benjamin Franklin
The same is true for the ADAPT Interactive Table from Apple Rock. The 2013 winter season brings some really great new features to enhance your next trade show event.
Mirror, Mirror
One of the most exciting new features is the Mirror button. When activated, this new toolbar button “mirrors” everything from the table screen on the media screen. It’s a simple feature, but it makes a major impact on your presentations. Now you can easily show your website on the media screen. You can also zoom in on a PDF or image while it’s on the media screen. Do you have games on your table? Share the fun by letting everyone watch you play.
Sensible Security
Have you ever been concerned about leaving your ADAPT Interactive Table unattended after show hours? This new feature allows you to lock the screen to prevent unwanted use. When you show up the next morning, simply enter your passcode and start the interactivity.
The More You Know
One of the persistent banes of lead retrieval is show attendees with inaccurate badge information. This innocent problem is usually caused by a parent company or other 3rd party registering attendees with the wrong company name or contact information. We’ve addressed this issue by giving our clients the option to display specific extra fields when a badge is scanned. Your booth staff has the option to correct errors before proceeding. This is also a great way to learn your prospect’s job title at the beginning of the conversation, helping you tweak your pitch.
To Note is To Know
For years, smart show planners have ordered printers with their lead retrieval devices. Printouts give booth staff a convenient place to take notes about conversations with prospects – notes that can help convert a lead to a sale. Now the ADAPT Interactive Table offers the same power and convenience. When you log out of a session, you have the option to display a “Notes” screen that allows you to record critical information about that prospect. Jot down the product they’re interested in, their birthday, or even their kids’ names – whatever will help you build a personal connection when you follow up. The notes will be attached to that session in your post-show report.
